Taxi Transfer to Mathon

The small Tyrolean mountain farming village of Mathon in Paznaun with its almost 400 inhabitants has it all. It is located between the mighty peaks of the Verwall and Samnaun groups. In the cross-border super ski area Ischgl-Samnaun, Mathon scores with tranquility, the opportunity to slow down and cheaper accommodation. The free ski bus takes you quickly to Ischgl, where you can enter a real ski paradise. More than 200 kilometers of slopes lead through the breathtaking landscape of the Silvretta Arena. Attractive special slopes, fun parks and the eleven kilometer long descent from the Greitspitze at 2,872 meters down to Ischgl ensure maximum variety. State-of-the-art lifts bring skiers to snow-sure heights. In Mathon, little skiers and beginners dare their first attempts in the snow on a practice slope. The ski area in the neighboring town of Galtür is particularly family-friendly. Cross-country skiers can set out on the route directly in Mathon. The Mathon trail can be combined with the Ischgl trail or the forest trail.
