Unfortunately that didn't work at all. Unfortunately no name was given on the phone and only asked to book the trip via WhatsApp on the number chosen. We then received a confirmation via WhatsApp. The trip was scheduled for an appointment at 8 a.m. Unfortunately no one came. 20 minutes later we asked again by phone. In the end it turns out that the order is somehow passed on within the taxi company. At 8:50 another company came.
So if you have to get a train, call again to be on the safe side or choose another company.
