Freeriders compete in the "Vans Penken Park" on a mogul slope, jump or in the half pipe. Things are more relaxed on the Ahorn pleasure mountain, where beginners and families with children in particular can leave their tracks on wide, sunny slopes. The altitude of up to 2500 meters, 123 ski cannons and 35 snow lances guarantee snow in Mayrhofen. With the Zillertal Supersikpass, winter sports enthusiasts can access a total of 535 kilometers of slopes, 180 lifts and guaranteed snow up to 3250 meters in the Ziller, Gerlos and Tux valleys and in the Wildkogel Arena. The valleys, all of which are popular ski destinations, can be easily reached by free ski buses and are well connected. Away from the slopes, romantic winter hiking trails ensure relaxing excursions into the breathtaking Zillertal surroundings. On the other hand, you can go faster with the Pistenbock on the toboggan run on the Ahorn.
